The Alamos Golf Course is one of the newer courses to open in the Algarve. Located just north of Portimao the 18 hole course is laid out as a neighbour to its sister course the Morgado Golf Course. The fairways meander through a 980 hectare estate with small valleys.

The immediate main characteristic factor is its large greens which place a demand on good putting skills as they are often raised above the fairway approach and involve several levels. Also, the accuracy of the players shot will be questioned by deep aggressive bunkers

Boavista Golf Course

The 18 hole Boavista Golf Course is located very close to the town of Lagos. It offers two distinct sections of play providing a variety of attractive and interesting holes. From the first to the last putt on the 18th green it promises a sensible game for the average player. Umbrella pines, blossoming almond, fig, palm and olive trees line the rolling fairways, weaving their way between water hazards and carefully placed bunkers.

The 27 hole Palmares Golf Course is located near Lagos in the Algarve. This course has been totally transformed by the American course designer Robert Trent Jones Jr. He has created a mixture of parkland with authentic Links style. The 27 holes are laid out on the side of a south-facing hill overlooking the Bay of Lagos. It is questionably the most attractive location of all the golf courses in the Algarve. The views as you play your round are often quite breathtaking.

Autumn 2019 Competition Week Announced (Posted 3 Feb 2019)

We now have the details for the Autumn week and after much searching and researching we have decided to go to Villa Romano at Estapona. The dates are 17/09/19 to 24/09/19 

We think the course is really outstanding with great views It was in very good condition and the greens were fast and true. The course has unrestricted views  looking towards the sea.

October 2018 - Nuevo Portil

We have just returned from Nuevo Portil after the most fabulous holiday.  Flights both ways were spot on – well done Jet2!  

The hotel and course were just right for our group and the staff efficient and friendly.  Guillermo at Blue Sky was most helpful and the clubs were supplied as planned, though a sprinkling of magic dust on them would have been quite helpful along the way, for some of us at least…..!   Lola’s taxis were punctual and the drivers very cautious.
