December 2012 - 5* Elba Palace Hotel, Fuerteventura

Dear Brian,
Thank you for organising our holiday at Christmas/New year on Fuertaventura. We golfed 11 times and made lots of new friends. The hotel was very pleasant and our room had a fabulous view as it was on 2nd floor and looked out over the golf course to the Atlantic.
If we went back (which we will do) the rooms on the south side got the sun in the afternoon which in Dec/Jan is very pleasant. We faced east so had the sun until about noon.
Christmas day was pleasant but New Year’s Eve was not a great evening tho the hotel staff made a big effort to make it fun. Perhaps we are the wrong side of 40 to whoop it up on demand.
We hired a car one day and explored some of the island, what an amazing landscape.
A successful holiday …the golf was great as the weather was, at worst as good as a summer’s day here, and at best in the high 70’s …lovely.
Thank you for all the arrangements and for sorting out the glitch at the start. We look forward to asking for your help with holidays in the future,
